RG Manufacturing and Machining

RG Manufacturing and Machining offers a variety of automatic and manual equipment for all your machining needs. Prototype, low quantity and production sized requirements are our specialty.

Founded in 1973 as a one man shop in Capron, IL called Double E Grinding, the shop transformed into a CNC/Prototype facility with a Quality Control Program in 1995 and became RG Mfg and Machining. In 1998, the assets were sold to MAWBWOTS, Inc. and offered Inventory programs to meet it’s customer’s needs for continued quality parts, delivered on time.

In 2007, RG acquired OPT Tool which was well positioned in the prototype and machine repair part business. RG was relocated to it’s current location in Machesney Park, IL in 2008.

RG Manufacturing and Machining enjoys working with a diverse customer base and has over 50 years combined experience in manufacturing.
