RG specializes in producing prototypes, pre-production and samples that require First Article Inspection (FAI), Level 4 PPAP or First Article Qualification Package (FPQP). RG, also, provides value added services. These services are value engineering, reverse engineering, assembly, tooling, fixtures and machined parts. Project Management is another service that RG provides to our customers. Through our certified supplier, we can provide quality plating and coating.

RG works with a wide range of materials. The materials include Steel, Alloy Steel, Tool Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Bronze, Inconel, Plastic, Delrin and Polypropylene. RG is able to machine Round stock that goes up 11” and Round Stock length of 20” L. For Flat stock, RG is able to machine up to 30” x 17” x 20”.
